Brain Geodesic Positioning System (BrainGPS) is a tool to process brain MRI images and define various brain structures automatically. The segmentation is based on an advanced multiple-atlas algorithm. Our atlas resources, which developed as collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, contain extensive structural labeling, that covers pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Users can simply upload their data to our server and fully segmented data will be generated based on our cloud technology. This service can be used as a stand-alone tool through a web browser or linked to available PACS.
